Welcome to the GICMC Partner Program (“Program”). By registering as a Partner (“Partner”, “you”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1.Enrollment in the Program

1.1 Application: To enroll, you must submit a complete and accurate Program application through our website. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

1.2 Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, password, and unique referral links. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

 2.Partner Levels & Advancement

2.1 Initial Level: Upon acceptance into the Program, all Partners are assigned the Bronze status.

2.2 Advancement: Partners may be upgraded to higher levels based on the number of Qualified Referrals generated:

• Bronze Status: 1–3 Qualified Referrals (11.37% commission ≈ €10 Individual / €16 Chamber)
• Silver Status: 4–11 Qualified Referrals (17.1% commission ≈ €15 Individual / €24 Chamber)
• Gold Status: 12–19 Qualified Referrals (22% commission ≈ €19 Individual / €31 Chamber)
• Platinum Status: 20–35 Qualified Referrals (28.4% commission ≈ €25 Individual / €40 Chamber)
•  Leaderboard Status: 35+ Qualified Referrals (Platinum commission + exclusive perks)

2.3 Quality Review: Advancement is contingent upon a periodic review of your promotional activities. We reserve the right to deny a level upgrade if your activities do not comply with our Partner Promotional Guidelines.

3.Partner Responsibilities & Prohibitions

• Honest Representation:
  You must represent our services truthfully. Misleading claims, false advertising, or unauthorized offers are strictly prohibited.
• Brand Integrity:
  You may not impersonate or present yourself as an official representative of GICMC.
• Directing Inquiries:
  To ensure participants receive accurate official information, you may not independently answer questions regarding competition rules, pricing, technical issues, or judging. You must direct all such inquiries to GICMC’s official contact channels.
• Anti-Spam Policy:
  Distributing your referral link via spam (mass unsolicited emails, bots, comment spam) is forbidden.
• Prohibited Content:
  You may not promote GICMC on websites or platforms containing illegal, defamatory, obscene, or hateful content.

4.Commissions & Payments

4.1 Commission Rates: You will earn a commission for each Qualified Referral you generate. Commission rates are based on your Partner level (see Section 2).

4.2 Qualified Referral Definition: A “Qualified Referral” is a new customer who:

a) Clicks your unique referral link;
b) Completes a registration on gicmc.com within the 30-day cookie duration;
c) Makes a full and valid payment;
and
d) Has their payment fully processed, cleared, and considered final and non-reversible by the payment processor (e.g., PayPal).

4.3 Refunds & Clawbacks: If a customer receives a refund for a transaction that generated commission, that commission will be deducted (“clawback”) from future earnings.

4.4 Payment Schedule: Payments are processed twice per month, on or around the 1st and 15th, for all commissions that have been “Approved”.

• A minimum balance of €10 is required for payout. Balances below this will roll over to the next cycle.
• The first payout may be requested after your first Qualified Referral, regardless of the minimum balance.

4.5 Payment Method: Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer. You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment details and covering any processor transaction fees.

5.Referral Tracking

5.1 Referral Links: You will be provided with a unique referral link. A cookie (30-day duration) will track all users who click your link.

5.2 Attribution: We use a last-click model. The last Partner link a participant clicks before registering will be credited.

5.3 Self-Referrals: Partners may use their own referral link for personal registrations or for family members.

6.Term & Termination

• 6.1 Term: This Agreement begins upon our acceptance of your application and continues until terminated.
• 6.2 Termination by Partner: You may terminate at any time by emailing info@gicmc.com.
• 6.3 Termination by Company: We may terminate with or without cause, with written notice. Immediate termination applies in case of violation.
• 6.4 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, rights to earn future commissions cease. Legitimate unpaid commissions above €10 will be paid in the next cycle. Fraudulent commissions will be forfeited.

7.Data Protection

Your participation is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and process only the necessary data (name, contact info, payment details) for administering this Program.

8.General Provisions

• Modification: We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation = acceptance.
• Relationship: You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of GICMC.
• Limitation of Liability: GICMC will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GICMC against any claims arising from your breach or promotional activities.
• Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
