We have consistently collaborated with accomplished jury members, achieving notable success. Now, we are taking a pivotal step forward by introducing a fresh approach to the selection and composition of our jury. Each application will be carefully reviewed, and applicants will receive an individual email with the results of the first round. Participation in the second round is optional after receiving the results of the first round. Applicants who do not wish to continue are under no obligation to proceed. Second Round: Document Verification and Publication of Results The second stage will be attended by applicants who pass the first stage and wish to continue. This stage includes document verification and the publication of results. Document Verification Fee: A €97 document verification fee will be communicated via individual email, with a payment link provided. The fee should be paid immediately upon receiving the first-round results email and no later than January 24, 2025. Regardless of the results of the second round, the document verification fee is non-refundable. The second round application can be approved or rejected based on the provided information. Timeline for Both Rounds: Applications for the first round: 24.12.2024 to 15.01.2025 Conclusion of both rounds: 24.01.2025. Full results will be announced on: 07.02.2025. Payments are issued within 40 days of competition conclusion.This period is needed for the necessary procedures. Payments are processed through PayPal. Each juror earns 10% of participant fees for individuals they evaluate. Jurors evaluate participants grouped by their specialization. In exceptional cases, jury members may evaluate all competition entries based on their industry reputation and receive appropriate compensation. In special cases, if there are very reputable names in the field who would like to be part of our jury, they will have a special approach and will be included immediately without any verification fee or additional requirements. The document verification fee is non-refundable. The commission’s decisions are final and non-appealable unless procedural rules regarding payments are violated. A ten-point system is used for participant evaluations. Each jury comprises up to ten members. Please note: Participation in the second round does not guarantee selection or application approval.We reserve the right to select no Jury through this selection Competition if the quality of applications does not meet GICMC values and standards.
